InnoDraw Subscription Terms & Use Agreement
Last updated: 26/03/2026
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the InnoDraw measuring service (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Subscription Model
1.1. InnoDraw subscriptions operate on a flat monthly subscription model based on total measured square footage (sq ft).
1.2. Each subscription tier includes a monthly total area limit, representing the total measuring capacity per billing cycle.
1.3. Monthly limits differ between subscription tiers and reset at the start of each billing cycle.
- Billing & Cancellation
2.1. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
2.2. You may cancel at any time.
2.3. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
2.4. No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Measuring Types (Internal Spaces & Countertops)
3.1. Measuring of internal spaces is available in all plans.
3.2. Countertop measuring is available in all plans except Basic.
3.3. Internal spaces and countertops have the same measuring cost, but each subscription includes different area limits.
3.4. Plan limits for internal spaces and countertops are displayed separately on the pricing page and within the selected plan details.
- Area Limit Calculations & Conversion Ratios
4.1. Each subscription includes a monthly total internal-spaces area limit.
4.2. For plans that include countertop measuring, countertop usage is converted into internal-spaces equivalent area using a plan-specific ratio:
– Core → 5
– Pro → 4
– Premium → 3
4.3. The countertop limits displayed in each plan are derived using these ratios.
Calculation Example (Pro Plan):
Plan limits:
– Internal spaces: 6,000 sq ft
– Countertops: 1,500 sq ft (6,000 ÷ 4)
Usage example:
– Internal-spaces job: 600 sq ft → Remaining: 5,400 sq ft
– Countertop job: 40 sq ft → 40 × 4 = 160 sq ft → Remaining: 5,240 sq ft
4.4. Measuring continues until the monthly area limit plus the 10% overage allowance are fully consumed.
4.5. Once both base limit and overage allowance are used, no further measuring is permitted until the next billing cycle.
- Overage Credit (10% Allowance)
5.1. Each subscription includes a 10% overage credit beyond the monthly base limit.
5.2. Any overage used is deducted from the next month’s limit.
Example (Core):
– Base limit = 2,800 sq ft
– Overage credit = 280 sq ft
– Monthly maximum = 3,080 sq ft
– If 3,000 sq ft is used → overage = 200 sq ft
– Next month’s limit = 2,600 sq ft
- Formats
6.1. Each subscription includes specific built-in export formats.
6.2. Additional formats may be added for $25/month per format, where applicable.
6.3. Additional or optional formats are activated only when the user selects and purchases a subscription plan variant that includes them.
6.4. Checking optional format boxes in the form without selecting the matching paid plan option does not activate or include those formats.
6.5. Additional formats remain active and billable as long as they remain enabled in the paid subscription.
- Free 30-Day Trial
7.1. All new subscriptions include a 30-day free trial of all optional or additional formats available in the selected plan.
7.2. During the trial, customers receive unlimited measuring usage with no area limits for training and onboarding.
7.3. Trial usage does not reduce next month’s limits.
7.4. After 30 days, optional or additional formats will be billed if still enabled.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
8.1. All new subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
