InnoDraw Terms & Use Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription plan or prepaid room package, submitting a request through the website, or otherwise using the InnoDraw platform, software, output formats, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of InnoDraw’s subscription plans, prepaid room packages / credits, software, output formats, and related services.
1.2. InnoDraw currently offers two self-serve pricing models:
Enterprise plans may also be available on custom terms.
1.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any updates made in accordance with Section 13 below.
2.1. InnoDraw subscription plans operate on a flat monthly model based on total measured square footage (sq ft).
2.2. Each subscription tier includes a monthly total area limit, representing the total measuring capacity per billing cycle.
2.3. Monthly limits differ between subscription tiers and reset at the start of each billing cycle.
2.4. Subscription plans are billed monthly.
2.5. Users may cancel a subscription plan at any time.
2.6. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
2.7. No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
2.8. Enterprise plans may be subject to custom pricing, custom limits, custom included formats, and separate written agreements.
3.1. Measuring of internal spaces and countertops is available in all current subscription plans.
3.2. Internal spaces and countertops have the same measuring cost, but each subscription plan includes different published area limits.
3.3. When a user measures both internal spaces and countertops within the same subscription plan, countertop usage is converted into internal-space equivalent area using plan-specific conversion ratios.

4.1. Each subscription plan includes a 10% overage allowance beyond the monthly base limit.
4.2. Any overage used is deducted from the next month’s limit.
Example (Core 2,250 sq ft plan):
4.3. Measuring continues until the monthly base limit plus the 10% overage allowance are fully consumed.
4.4. Once both the base limit and overage allowance are used, no further measuring is permitted until the next billing cycle.
5.1. Each subscription plan includes the export formats specified for the selected plan on the pricing page and in the selected purchased plan variant.
5.2. Optional or additional formats may be added for $25/month per format, where applicable.
5.3. Optional or additional formats are activated only when the user selects and purchases a subscription plan variant that includes them.
5.4. Checking optional format boxes in the form without selecting the matching paid plan option does not activate or include those formats.
5.5. Optional or additional formats remain active and billable as long as they remain enabled in the paid subscription.
6.1. All new subscription plans include a 30-day free trial of all optional or additional formats available in the selected plan.
6.2. During the trial, users receive unlimited measuring usage with no area limits for training and onboarding purposes.
6.3. Trial usage does not reduce future subscription limits.
6.4. After 30 days, optional or additional formats will be billed if they remain enabled.
6.5. Each new user is eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription purchase.
7.1. In addition to monthly subscription plans, InnoDraw offers prepaid room packages, sold as room credits, as a pay-per-use option.
7.2. Room packages are one-time prepaid purchases and do not renew automatically.
7.3. Room packages / credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
7.4. Unused room credits expire at the end of the applicable validity period.
7.5. Each new user is eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first package purchase.
7.6. Except as expressly provided in Section 7.5, room package purchases and room package credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
7.7. Room packages include the formats specified on the pricing page.
7.8. Each separately measured internal room or enclosed space is counted individually.
7.9. One room credit covers one measured room of up to 300 sq ft, unless otherwise specified in the applicable user agreement.
7.10. If a single measured internal room or enclosed space exceeds 300 sq ft, additional room credits are charged for each additional 300 sq ft or part thereof, unless otherwise specified in the applicable user agreement.
7.11. The minimum billable room-area threshold is 20 sq ft, unless otherwise specified in the applicable user agreement.
7.12. Measured internal rooms or enclosed spaces below the minimum billable room-area threshold are not deducted from the remaining credit balance when they are part of a project that includes at least one measured internal room or enclosed space exceeding that threshold.
7.13. If a project consists only of a measured internal room or enclosed space below the minimum billable room-area threshold, that room or space is still treated as one billable room credit.
7.14. Room package credits are deducted only upon successful upload and successful conversion into the requested output format.
7.15. Re-upload of a corrected version of the same room does not count as a new room credit.
7.16. Users may receive email notifications when their remaining room credits reach predefined low-balance thresholds.
7.17. If room credits are exhausted, the user may continue using InnoDraw software for measuring, but no server conversion or output generation will be available until a new package is purchased. Re-upload may be required after a new package is purchased in order to complete conversion.
7.18. Room packages and subscriptions are managed separately. If a customer requires both models, separate user accounts may be required.
7.19. InnoDraw may update available package sizes, prices, included formats, and validity periods with notice.
8.1. InnoDraw may also offer measuring services in certain geographic areas, subject to separate quotes and written agreements.
9.1. Users must provide accurate account and billing information.
9.2. Users must maintain the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
9.3. Users must use the Service only for legitimate measuring purposes.
9.4. Users must ensure they have the right to measure any property they upload or draw.
9.5. Users may not share accounts or access with unauthorized individuals.
9.6. Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary technology.
9.7. Users may not automate, overload, scrape, or abuse the Service.
9.8. Users must comply with all applicable laws.
10.1. Users retain ownership of their measurement files and exported formats, including enabled outputs such as DXF, PDF, SketchUp, 2020, ProKitchen, Cabinet Vision, IFC/Revit, and other available formats.
10.2. InnoDraw retains ownership of the Service, software, algorithms, proprietary formats, workflow logic, and all related intellectual property.
10.3. Users grant InnoDraw permission to store, process, and back up their measuring data as required for service operation.
11.1. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
11.2. InnoDraw is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business damages, including business interruption, lost revenue, or project errors.
11.3. Measurement accuracy depends on the user’s device, configuration, measuring method, and environment.
12.1. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, or events outside InnoDraw’s control.
13.1. InnoDraw may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
13.2. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
14.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
14.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
15.1. Monthly subscription limits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over, except as expressly provided in Section 4 (Overage Credit (10% Allowance)).
15.2. Measuring usage is calculated from completed jobs saved or uploaded in the system.
15.3. Unused subscription capacity and unused room credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15.4. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and InnoDraw regarding subscription plans, room packages / credits, and use of the Service, except where a separate written agreement applies to an Enterprise plan or measuring service.
