The CS team to UI leads with curiosity and empathy with a goal to put people first in our interactions with clients and colleagues. We are customer-obsessed, acting as 1) our client’s partners/advisors in research and recruiting and 2) our clients trusted advocates to our internal teams. As part of the research industry, we are continuously learning and growing best practices/research skills. As a team, we work autonomously with our clients while supporting each other and collaborating daily to improve and grow as both individual contributors, a CS team, and a start-up company.

You’ll help support the management of the enterprise segment of our post-close relationships from onboarding through to renewal hand-off. As our subscription base and Customer Success team grows, we’ll continue segmenting CS so that we’re always providing the best, and most efficient, client experience possible.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Operations team. If you love digging into data, identifying customer pain points, experimenting, and solving problems from both 30,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you.
As our business expands rapidly, we are investing in enhancing our ability to leverage vast amounts of data to drive everything we do: ensure balance in the marketplace, identify ways to continually make the experience better for researchers and participants, understand customer behavior, develop and launch growth experiments, and more. The Strategy & Operations Manager is responsible for driving these efforts, balancing attention to detail with a bias towards action.

You’ll be joining a team that cares deeply about talking to our users, creating great experiences for them, and incorporating their feedback into everything we do. We work in a pod structure which includes a tech lead, PM, designer, and 4 engineers. The pod works together to determine what is going to be built next, how it is going to be built, and what we need to do to execute.
As an engineer on the team, you will be working with another engineer on any given effort. While this can include pair programming, it is not the default process by which we code. You and your partner in crime will figure out implementation details and attack the problem as you see fit. You and your partner will do initial code reviews and be a sounding board for each other. Everyone works on the full stack and contributes to every aspect of the product life cycle. We are always looking to add more people to teach and learn from as we build our team and product.
