As a Data Scientist, you’ll be embedded with a Product team and involved throughout projects, from planning to building, to assessing.The team will look to you to explain current behavior and be a leading voice in where we should go next.

Responsibilities
  • Use analytical skills to create and test hypotheses, and visualization/presentation skills to communicate results to the rest of the team.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other teammates to ensure we have the data we need, formulate analysis plans, and complete high-impact reports.
  • Work with large data sets across multiple problem areas. This includes vetting new datasets as they come in, and developing deep intuition about how all of our data fits together.
  • Focus on automating reporting tools and dashboards so that we can spend more time on the most complex problems.

 

Some sample projects that the Data Science team has helped with:
  • How can we improve customer retention?
  • What should the Product team build next? Once it’s built, how does it perform?
  • What predicts how well we fulfill our customers’ needs?

 

Qualifications
Minimum:
  • Proficiency in SQL, and either R or Python
  • Knowledge of statistics and other data analysis methods
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Ability to verify, analyze, and present data in ways that other stakeholders can internalize

 

Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics); professional experience in data science can be a replacement
  • Experience working with Engineers to build good data infrastructure

What you’ll do

We’re looking to bring on an entrepreneurial, analytical, and relationship-obsessed Enterprise Customer Success Manager. You’ll work with our Director of Customer Success to continue building systems that support our growing number of subscription customers . You’ll help support the management of the enterprise segment of our post-close relationships from onboarding through to renewal hand-off. As our subscription base and Customer Success team grows, we’ll continue segmenting CS so that we’re always providing the best, and most efficient, client experience possible.

 

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and activate new clients
  • For the companies, you own, develop long-term relationships with multiple advocates
  • Continually optimize touchpoints to segment and support our clients as efficiently as possible
  • Work with sales to support renewal and target expansion opportunities

We’re looking to bring on an entrepreneurial, outgoing, results-oriented SDR to join our Sales Development squad. You’ll join four other SDRs, and our Sales Development Manager, in pursuing new prospects, hosting them for discovery calls, and prepping those that qualify for further conversations with our Account Executives.

 

What you’ll do

We have a healthy volume of inbound leads (User Interviews is growing fast) and have begun to scale our outbound motion to further drive growth. As a member of a relatively new squad, you’ll have a big impact on its scaling, experimentation, and success.

 

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and other channels)
  • Manage your own sequences in Outreach (and their experiments)
  • Provide customized nurturing to our high value prospects
  • Run great discovery calls that excite prospects and produce insights for our AEs (80+ per month)
  • Master our product, pricing, and sales process
  • Create excellent Salesforce opportunities for our AEs- Provide feedback to your peers within Sales Development, and the Revenue team overall
  • Act as an internal champion for our prospects and their needs

 

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Sales Development experience (ideally at a B2B SaaS company)
  • Loves connecting with people and finds joy in helping them articulate their needs
  • Technically savvy (experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Seamless.ai, and Sales Navigator a plus)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Operations team. If you love digging into data, identifying customer pain points, experimenting, and solving problems from both 30,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you.

As our business expands rapidly, we are investing in enhancing our ability to leverage vast amounts of data to drive everything we do: ensure balance in the marketplace, identify ways to continually make the experience better for researchers and participants, understand customer behavior, develop and launch growth experiments, and more. The Strategy & Operations Manager is responsible for driving these efforts, balancing attention to detail with a bias towards action.

 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and activate our participant base, as well as increase engagement to drive study participation and reduce churn
  • Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in business decision-making
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate processes
  • Create and continuously refine experimental plans for defined customer segments
  • Present models, findings, insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other functions to drive critical initiatives
  • This role demands excellent stakeholder and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects and experiments of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance

 

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel / data analysis skills

You’ll be joining a team that cares deeply about talking to our users, creating great experiences for them, and incorporating their feedback into everything we do. We work in a pod structure which includes a tech lead, PM, designer, and 4 engineers. The pod works together to determine what is going to be built next, how it is going to be built, and what we need to do to execute.

 

What you’ll do

As an engineer on the team, you will be working with another engineer on any given effort. While this can include pair programming, it is not the default process by which we code. You and your partner in crime will figure out implementation details and attack the problem as you see fit. You and your partner will do initial code reviews and be a sounding board for each other. Everyone works on the full stack and contributes to every aspect of the product life cycle. We are always looking to add more people to teach and learn from as we build our team and product.

 

Our stack
  • React, Webpack, and SCSS using BEM
  • Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, ActiveInteraction, and RSpec
  • Postgres
  • Hosted on Heroku using Github and CircleCI for CI and automated testing

 

Minimum Qualifications
  • Anywhere from 2+ years of industry experience with React or Ruby on Rails. Experience with both is a bonus.
